A representative from customer service will be in contact with you via email, within 48-72 hours to give you an authorization code and information on returning your product or to find out more information. If you do not have your original packing slip, the order number can be found in your confirmation/shipment e-mail.
We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. All refunds will be credited in the payment form used for the original purchase. US fluctuations in currency may affect the amount credited if originally purchased in US dollars. The following fees are non-refundable: all delivery, shipping and handling charges (unless an error has occurred in the shipping of your order).
